Mounting hooks:

• 210 Hooks are used for assembly on the beam, edges or planks, these are bent to obtain a proper slope of the gutter (3-5 mm / ml).
• Combi hooks are used for direct mounting on the front beam, keeping a proper slope of the gutter (3-5 mm / ml).
• The hooks are fixed at 60-90 cm intervals and the end hooks are  situated at a distance of about 10 cm from the end of the trough
• Remember to place one hook on each side of the bracket.
• Hooks installation begins with fixing the end hooks, then between them lies a string to mark the line for assembly of the other hooks.
• If using two downspouts, hooks are fitted in the middle, keeping the slope towards the two spouts.

Assembly of gutters, brackets and covers:

• Place the gutters and the brackets starting with the gutter that already has the header mounted, by entering the outside of the gutter into the hole of the hook and then pressing the outer edge into the lock. Attach then the other gutters and brackets.
• Couplings of the gutters are clamped in the back of the gutter so that the gasket is in the middle of the coupling. Install then the clips for the front side of the second trough or bracket, closing the clutch and securing it by bending the plate
• Gutters and brackets are placed at a distance of 2-3 mm between them to compensate for the trough expansion and contraction of the gutter due to temperature changes.
• Caps are installed at the gutter ends, introducing some silicone or mastic in the arc-shaped depressions. Then place the base and press the front lug on the gutter edge, the posterior lug bends behind the gutter.

Mounting fittings:

• Set the point of the connexion on the gutter, then using a hacksaw or manual tin snips cut the round of the hole (be careful: do not use a circular saw/flex for this purpose).
• Cut edges are bent to the outside, so as to allow water discharge to the header.
• Install the connection on the gutter, entering its folded edge into the outer bend of the gutter. Then press the connection on the gutter and install it by bending the ends of the plates towards the inner edge of the gutter.

Downspouts assembly:

• On the wall, fix a rope along which the downspout is to be placed. Then apply the downspout bracket indicating the clamping site and prepare the mounting holes.
• The bracket is fitted using dowels. If the product is mounted on a polystyrene thermal insulation wall, the anchor of the appropriate length shall be used.
• The first bracket is mounted directly 150 mm below the elbow, and the last one just before the discharge. The maximum distance between the brackets should not exceed 2 m.
• After installing downspouts, fasten the bracket wedges on the downspout using a piece of wood
• At the end of the downspout fit the discharge, or if the water is discharged to the sewerage system, a pipe with flange.
• Caution: Remember to clean the gutters well from cut sheet scrap or metal scrap. The debris left will rust and cause discoloration of the metal sheet surface.
